1. Maintain a sound financial position by controlling expenditures and aggressively pursuing delinquent payments through Sentry Management and our attorneys. Adjust 2011 budgeted activities and cash flows as progress dictates.

2. Monitor and influence the Sabal Point Country Club situation where possible. Communicate with the owners, Seminole County officials and prospective buyers to maintain conditions that are acceptable to the Community.

3. Finish financing, approval and construction of a work and storage “Maintenance Building” that meets SPCSA’s long–term needs.

4. Pursue improved financial relationships with the Sabal Point Commercial Property Association and the Clubside Owners/Condominium Association to obtain reimbursement for maintenance costs as defined in existing legal agreements.

5. Continue the restoration of Sabal Point entrance signs, village signs and lighting to maintain appearances and minimize further deterioration.

6. Continue implementation of SPCSA’s Landscape Committee, monthly drive–throughs and Landscaping Contract. Evaluate the effectiveness of Landscape Contract annually.

7. Maintain emphasis on ARC Approvals and Compliance Monitoring; aggressively pursue closure on outstanding enforcement actions.

8. Continue to define & implement Long Range Planning:

  • Communications with the County on conditions of streets/paving and sidewalks;
  • Coordination with Sheriff’s Office for “Off–Duty” deputy patrols and crime control;
  • Environmental conservation and energy reduction.

9. Continue working to maintain relationships with other HOA’s and Committees under our umbrella (Sabal Green, Sabal Fairway Villas, Sabal Place) through:

  • Communications, attending meetings; joint initiatives – mulch, landscape, etc.
  • Sharing Long Range Planning goals.
