Duties
Architectural Review – Coordinates all issues related to Architectural Control Criteria and processes requests from homeowners requesting approval of exterior changes to the home and property.
Compliance – Coordinates all issues related to maintenance of a homeowner’s property in accordance with the deed restrictions of the Sabal Point Community Services Association.
Grounds – Coordinates all issues related to maintenance of landscaping in common areas, signs, fences, walls and lighting.
Neighborhood Watch – Keep residents updated about issues relating to crime in the neighborhood.
